We Put the FUN In FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
At CrossFit Sacred Pine, we offer a community-based strength and conditioning program for anyone looking for something new and different. With the support of your coach and fellow fitness enthusiasts, you can expect to achieve your biggest goals in no time at all. We’ll offer creative programming that will challenge you, but will not get old and stale like most programs do.
We’ll focus on FUNCTIONAL movements in the programming, but before we program a workout for time or for repetitions, we’ll make sure it’s first and foremost for FUN and for MAXIMUM RESULTS. We’re all built and shaped differently, so we should be able to build and shape the workout to meet us where we are, and if it’s not FUN, we don’t want anything to do with it.
In the next season, you won’t need a lot of machines, and that’s on purpose. Through our multi-tiered programming and nutritional counsel, we’re turning YOU into the machine.

Health and Fitness has always been a passion of Matt’s. He was collegiate athlete at Clemson University and continues to pursue his passion for fitness today as the owner and head coach of CrossFit Sacred Pine. He started the box in March of 2017, and he’s in his sweetest spot on the stall mats with a class to coach.
Matt loves to teach and learn, as well as train hard with friends and he is able to do all of those things at CrossFit Sacred Pine. He is also an avid longboarder and Chocolate Milk consumer.
3 Fun Facts about Matt:
1. His twin sister is 14.5″ shorter than him.
2. He counts steps every time he goes up the stairs.
3. He eats whole jars of nutella at a time.
Jason discovered CrossFit in February of 2017 in hopes of taking his fitness to the next level. After his very first workout at CrossFit Sacred Pine, he knew that this was the place he could continue seeing improvement in his fitness. Even after years of physical fitness, he quickly realized that he was not as prepared for the unknown and unknowable as he thought he was.
Early on, he discovered many of his weaknesses, which was the major proponent to his ability to continue to grow. He shared this newfound knowledge and passion with anyone who would listen and before he knew it, he was teaching others how to do CrossFit.
In April, he earned his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification in Fayetteville, NC. He has trained hard and studied everything the CrossFit Sacred Pine team challenged him with and is now part of the coaching staff. Jason brings his passion for CrossFit to every class, whether he is teaching it or not. He wholeheartedly believes that everyone is capable of doing great things, you just have to try.
3 Fun Facts:
1.He’s lost 54 lbs to get to the ripped body he currently has.
2. He was an ice sculptor in a previous profession.
3.He’s a world champion billiards pro…so he says.

I enjoy this community so much and the workouts. I can’t explain how the workout is something everyone can do, yet it works muscles I didn’t even know could hurt from working out! Matt Dawkins and Alecia are two of the most inspiring and encouragingpeople I have the pleasure of knowing. I truly feel like crap from missing today! Amazing how much my body now craves the consistent exercise. See you all tomorrow!
My wife and I have enjoyed how the workouts are in groups with a wide range of diversity, how they are challenging no matter what your fitness level is, how we the exercises and movements are explained, and how sore we are in the days that follow.
